I measured my waist twice before ordering because of the warnings, and the 1.50" MOLLE webbing fits securely under my shirt without printing. The belt rides stiff enough to hold a holster but it took a few wears to break in.
The sizing warning scared me into actually pulling out a tape measure, and I'm glad I did — the 1.50" width sits perfectly through my belt loops. The MOLLE webbing is stiff enough to hold gear without sagging, yet it's broken in nicely after a few wears.
Measuring my waist first was annoying but worth it—the 1.50" width sits perfectly through my belt loops and the MOLLE webbing feels sturdy enough for real use. It's low-profile under a shirt too, which I wasn't expecting from a tactical belt.
